Excellent. I definitely was not expecting to leave the dentist's office actually smiling but sure enough, the staff and dentist are so friendly and caring, it puts you right at ease. I have complex health conditions and am used to health professionals barely hearing me and dismissing half of what I'm saying. The experience with this office was completely different. They truly listened and understood my concerns and health issues and not only made me feel heard but also discussed in depth the potential problems with my teeth. I usually feel very tense and nervous due to so many bad experiences but she was so wonderful all throughout, I just felt like I was in very good hands and they gained my complete trust. Excellent experience! Dr. Mehdi is very professional and kind. I went in for a root canal and it didn't hurt at all. He placed my zirconia crown and it looks beautiful.
